Directions
For an opaque all over color use the doe foot applicator, apply directly onto the lids in a sweeping or patting motion, blend using your fingers or a brush. To use as a base top with your favorite matte or shimmer powder eyeshadows.
For a sheer finish tap a fluffy brush on the doe foot applicator, and gently blend on the eyelid, layer to intensify the color.
